3.1 Formal (Identifying) Data

This data is used only to operate the Service and comply with legal obligations.

3.2 Project-Related (Non-Identifying) Data

Collected exclusively for the performance of the review service:

• Project Form content
• Photographs uploaded by the User
• Review session recordings (image + sound)
• Reviewer annotations related to the project

These data:

• are not consolidated with identifying data when anonymity is chosen,
• are protected by the Reviewer NDA,
• remain strictly confidential.

Video recordings are used only to:

1. Allow Users to replay their review
2. Ensure service quality
3. Resolve disputes
4. Improve reviewer performance

3.3 Technical & Usage Data

Collected automatically when using the Service:

• IP address, device type, browser
• Usage statistics and navigation data

Use of cookies and trackers is governed by the Cookies Policy and subject to consent where required.

4. Legal Basis for Processing
